At Way of Wade, we want to ensure you have the right gear to elevate your game. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the basketball shoes or apparel you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the signature Way of Wade shoe box is protected inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
